Our speciality, what sets us apart
The combination of different analytical methods employed by À nos mots yields robust results, enabling research projects to be successfully carried out in contexts where the authenticity of the approach is crucial. For this reason, the À nos mots solution is particularly well-suited to exploring a brand’s purpose and identity, conducting social barometer surveys, or implementing community projects. Indeed, in these contexts, respondents very quickly sense any lack of sincerity in the approach, readily develop a negative perception of the pre-formulated choices conveyed by multiple-choice questions, and are quick to challenge the results of studies that have not involved a sufficient number of participants.
The realisation that quantitative and qualitative methods complement one another in understanding social expectations inspired the creation of À nos mots. Our project aims to combine the rigour of scientific methods and the capabilities of artificial intelligence with the nuance and empathy at the heart of the humanities.
ndeed, the semantic level—that of understanding the world—is beyond the reach of AI. At the same time, the pace of change within organisations and the sheer scale of the processes taking place there necessitate the analysis of an unprecedented volume of data. Whereas until now we had to forgo hearing the true voices of stakeholders by confining them to tick boxes or limiting the number of respondents to several groups of six, technological capabilities now allow us to solicit honest opinions without accepting the loss of information caused by the small number of people surveyed or the limited format of the responses that can be analysed.
À nos mots goes beyond the limits of traditional research by entrusting the processing of large volumes of data to its proprietary AI. A semiological approach tailored to the subject matter, derived from this initial analysis, enables us to restore the human context of the statements collected. Semiology reconstructs the pragmatic and semantic reality that may elude purely lexicological processing. Human analysis is essential to monitor and enhance the work of the AI. Created by specialists in information ethics, À nos mots thus ensures that all processes involving AI are explainable, that is to say, transparent and controlled.
